The classification of artificial leather
Due to the different of plasthetics, different types of substrates, different production methods in artificial leather and the usage of the leather, it can be divided into many types. Now, we are classified with the plasthetics and usage of the artificial leather.
According the plasthetics
- pvc leather
It is the mixture that make of PVC resin, plastic and other compound, which is coating or laminating in fabric and make by certain machining process.
2.Polyurethane leather
PU leather is made from polyurethane and leather. It is a high-density cellular plastic sheeting commonly used as a substitute for real leather.
According the usage
According to the use of artificial leather, it can be divided into two categories: civilian and industrial. The civilian leather include the shoes leather, cloth leather, luggage leather, furniture leather and so on. The industrial leather include the car seat cover leather, floor leather and etc.
